About the menu, the main reason is because i see no reason to add more pages.
My contact information will be in the footer, along with some social media stuff.

I think he means the fact that you state in your footer that " Espresso was used for all the coding"
Which would lead some people to believe that you're using a template or that this really isn't your work, just your knowledge of how to click buttons on a program. (Just stating what "I coded this with a program" implies, I mean no ill will or offense)
Overall, clean and simple design. The color palette is really nice, the greens are fantastic. I don't know why I don't like the maroon, and I usually like shades of red, including maroon. I just feel like it gives the site an overall "army" feel, if that makes sense? Not green enough to be a Christmas combination and just red enough to be Manly but sort of military.
I know you dont want to add additional pages, but a Contact Form and About Me page are pretty essential. Contact Forms are REALLY good ways for people to get in touch with you, set up appointments, inquire about prices (you might want a Price page) etc. You kind of have like a paragraph "about you", but can you really sum up what you do in a paragraph? Don't sell yourself short.
PS: the Cup of Coffee project is pretty impressive and so are tomatoes!!!
