Website Review and Suggestions

Hi Guys,

I've made a lot of changes recently and i need some feed back on the site as a whole..

Does it explain what the site is about? Is there enough information available to you ( the visitor ) to understand what your getting.

Is it clear enough?
Does it look nice / professional?

Any suggestions?
Whats wrong ( if anything )

Im just concerned that im not looking at it from outside the box anymore and need some fresh eyes.

Im not a fan of having so many menu items like you have, I would make the "Live chat support software" in your logo a bit larger as it was hard to read and that is the whole theme of your site, I would also add a line or two of space between your top module (under the bullet points) and the rotating images under them to spread out a bit. It is hard to concentrate on top information while you see the rotation at the same time..

I agree on the menus.

It has an overall nice look, there are a few things that can be improved in terms of design like a few non aligned fields and so on, but the information is clear enough.

The main page is a little cluttered, you may reduce the information there and let people find it. As long as I know how to get to the information it should be enough.

I tried the chat and spoke with Graham, easy to use. My firefox usually gets stuck with this type of apps but this one worked nice.

I could not find a contact us form or email. I know, live chat, but what if I don't want to chat?

Every time I go back to the main page I get the 'Chat now' window, not a real fan of it and it is also located to the side.

It may be too wide, I have a 1024x800 resolution and it is a little big for my screen.

I could not see the video (my firefox has some issues with them) sorry

You features page is great, short and easy to read, the prices has TOO much, I know, all that information is required, but when you get it all at once it is too much, maybe show only the most important parts and let the user 'open' the rest. Or something more similar to the 'compare' page, that one is great.

Overall: very good look and colours, but a little cluttered, almost too much. Looks professional and has all the information I need.

Ill certainly look at trying to minimise the amount of info shoved in your face.

I agree with the prices page. Im certainly going to strip that down and just add a link to ( Features List ) for each package, While only listing the MAIN parts of said package.

The "Leave a message" option only appears when someone isn't available to chat.
? Is it really worth leaving a message when you can tell them now. ?

Well, sometimes you don't really want to talk, all you want to do is send a message, what if you need a reply? like for your boss or something?

My point is: options
Different people want different things, I agree in the fact that talking now! is way better, but options are good.

The site looks nice and the application too.

Yes i agree, what ill probably do is enable an option for someone to leave a message rather than connecting to chat ( when they click the image )

That would be a great option, just make it clear that it is there, if I don't see it, I will probably not think that it is there, and you may lose a contact.

I like the prices page much better now.. I would make the + More features links more apparent, at least a different color. Is the page suppose to be so long even though there is nothing on the bottom?
