Website Review and Suggestions

I launched this the other day. So far so good. just wanted to get input on it.

It says that Phoenix AZ was a recently rented city, but when I click on Phoenix, I don't see an ad. Which seems to differ in behaviour from what the site describes: "Once your city is rented nobody else can rent it for 1 year.Everytime a visitor clicks your city they will see your advertisement image and text. "

Nice idea but the website not so good.

If you did not use a CMS or some other type of website management system I strongly suggest you use one, it gives you a professional look very easily. At first sight the fonts that you used make me want to leave, your system may be very good, but it is not attractive to the market.

You do provide all the basic information which is great: about, faqs

But I don't really understand how will people see my ads, only in your site?

Check your banners resolution.

Sounds like a good idea but i doubt it will work, because most people uses Google maps and they do not look online for other maps.

The site has a very old look to it. Which makes it seem like the site is no longer maintained.

Are the ads only viewable on your site? If so, what will attract buyers? Why don't they list their business on Google Places? What will attract visitors? Why can't they just use Google Maps?
