Ok,
I helped design one of these and the other was a friend.
Which do you think looks the best?
And what should we add to make it look better?

I like them both very much, but if I had to choose, I think the first on, khaosok-hotels.com, is the better of the two. It's a really nice design, I love the use of the big images against the dark background. However, the navigation renders oddly in Chrome, you might want to check that out.

Both are great designs, the second is just a little too "twee" for my liking.

I have to agree with EdGray. I would also point out that the first site took over a minute to load for me for some reason. You might need to do some optimization.

i would choose #2. however the page seemed to jump between slides, not sure what's going on there. as for #1 the word 'contact' from your navbar is in the second row.

i think the second is more creative than the first.msybe the second have a better layout Design and picture.
but i think the logo of your websites both is lack of new ideas,you just adopt the method of combination of uppercase and lowercase letters.
you can desgn a good graphics. so i recommmen you can use some logo design software . on the website http://www.sothink.com/product/logo-maker/,there are many templates to meet your choice for free.
