I love the layout!
It took me more than just to few seconds to find out what the purpose of the site was, but that's most probably my own fault.

THINGS I LIKE

The logo is actually really nice, and I've always loved that mirrored-text effect, although I think in this particular case, the "mirrored-text" looks really squished.
I've always liked a "dash of flash" (although it's not always necessary), something about it seems "off" to me. Sorry that's not really descriptive. If I think of what I've trying to say, I'll let you know.

THINGS I DON'T LIKE

I've never liked blue links. By default, links are dark blue and underlined. I would choose a different color altogether or a different shade of blue. Some people like underlined links. Personally, I prefer: text-decoration: none; for visited, active and link, with text-decoration: underline for hover. Sometimes I make my links bold, sometimes I don't. It just looks "so default"
I don't like the inner shadow. It's too thick and it reminds me of larger version of a button styled in 2003.
Same thing with the navigation links at the top. Sometimes, less is more, but it's entirely too basic and outdated :\ (This is fine for the links in the footer, but I would still take away the increased font size on hover) You already have a snippet of Flash, so a quick CSS Sprite Navigation Menu couldn't hurt.
I'm not crazy about the giant blue swirly thing, in fact I would get rid of it, or incorporate it in a different way, and just have a clean navigation menu
There seems to be a lot of text clutter on the main page

I know it sounds like I don't like your website, but I actually do. I think you're talented and I wish you good luck in your business!

Definitely would like to suggest, if you're going to have that much text, you should separate it visually, even if it's something as simple as creating different colored divs. I think the Affordable Web Designs | Original, Custom Web Designs | Easy to Navigate Websites columns really need to stand out more.
Even if you just have 3 different classes specifically for those three cols that are as simple as:

I think your site is good, but if you can have more graphics rather than small characters that would be better. you know people prefer pictures rather than small characters while reading.

But perhaps you would like to pay attention on how the navigation bars work. It's..errr, I'm hovering at iWebsite nav ie, then the link seems like "pushing", yea pushing. I've played with it.

Really great web design. You need to work on your SEO and put up a nice page-rank, your page title is too long. Client testimonials appears fake. Probably should use ajax and java script instead of your flash banner. Best of luck, CIAO
