i like the creativity and starting point of your website.

Your site is alright but the banner is not that good the idea for the banner is good but just putting images together makes it look bad, if i were you i would remake it better or get a pro to remake it, otherwise your site looks decent.

The site takes too long to load.

Anytime I have to scroll from side to side to see the entire site, I would say the site is too wide. Surfers would not want to go through that trouble.

Sorry bro, your flash object is buggy and you probably have to use something more user friendly like ajax or javascript. Your banner is not strictly professional, use good images and go for a good dynamic menu, use dynamic drive. You are lacking on site content, write some something about your site, testimonials from clients etc. CIAO
