The logo needs some work. That shade of green on a grey background like that makes it look quite weird, it plays tricks on the eyes. Also, given that your domain is MusicHell, why not have it a little more "hell" related too? Lots you could do with that: red, fire, trident, lucifer, etc etc. But I like the little dude you've got already.

The black strip at the top is odd, the text in it should be more unified.

Well the landing page is ok on the eye .. but because its your landing page you still need to add some more text :

Title relevancy to page content is poor.
The Title relevancy to page content is 30%.

Description meta tag relevancy to page content is terrible.
The Description meta tag relevancy to page content is 9%.

Keywords meta tag relevancy to page content is terrible.
The keywords meta tag relevancy to page content is 11%.

really they should be in the high 80%

Looks pretty decent maybe add some devil horns to the ear phones on your logo, that would look pretty cool other than that nice work.

The text in the black strip looks like its out of place.

The "Search & Listen MP3's" looks like it is floating off the page and it looks weird next to musichell.com link next to it which is different size and not in line.

Also the last 50 searches needs work, maybe have them in columns or something. Or even change the color of ever second song.

I think the concept of the site is quite good. Some of the files don't play when you click on them. In regards to the design, I agree you are going to lose out on advertising space but it depends whether you need or want it. The design layout is nice but just needs a bit of fine tuning.

It's a nice site, and it's good that you can search for the tracks straight away, a little confused with the name, as my initial impression, is it's a site that slants bad music
