I was unable to read a word of it. Do you plan on english speaking traffic coming to your site? If you do, then you should have some type of translation added to your site so that english speaking visitors will understand it.

The first think i noticed was the top text is basically the same color as the background, and i really do not like how all those box table looking things are but other than that it looks pretty decent.

All of the main pages from the top menu bar are too wide. You need to split the text up as it is so off-putting trying to read long lines of text from side to side.

Too much advertisements from your partners, it is so hard to distinguish sections of your site with your partners. Try to reduce advertisements as your site is just starting up. For site design use smaller graphics, shorten your main page and add professional touch to it
