you should wait until you've neared completion of your project to post it asking for reviews.

As it stands, it's awful. Zero content. No design. Filler image in header. The colours are pretty horrible too.

It needs a lot of work.

Keep in mind that noone wants to see a website that is still underconstruction, they will feel that it's a waste of their time and go someplace else.

It looks really bad, the colors the header and no content, the site is just a shell, now if you are asking if it is a good template or layout then no it is kinda bad i would look or make another one.

Also in addition to what has been mentioned above it is important not to use tables. Also it may be useful to have your scripts in external files instead of within the page.
