Website Review and Suggestions

Hi Friends,

I came to know about this place and found that a lot of experts are viewing in this forum as this is specially a forum for website design and development.

I have created a technicial support forum http://www.theonlinetechsupport.com that is going to take care of all the technical support requirements on the website. providing troubleshooting steps, tips and tricks, tweeks, drivers and updates, browsers and browser related issues. and even if a person requires remote assistance in removing viruses from the computer. It is available. He will have to get in touch with the administrator at support@theonlinetechsupport.com.

This was some basic information about my website. Rest I want all you peoples review and suggestions so that I can make my website much more popular and can increase the regsitrations.

I think it's too dark to be a support website. Also it's kinda bad-structured and I really don't know what I should do to get that support.

What are you providing tech support for? Everything known to man? There are tons of those, why do I want to go to yours over one that's already established?

And I agree, lighten the whole thing up.

Thats a nice site and the theme is easy on the eyes too. The only yukky thing I noticed on the site was the adbrite invasion in the posts. Those two ads -one for paid to read, and the other for bestbuy- are lame and repetitive. Maybe you should put a google ad in there so it will change up each time - and make it a small ad so it doesnt dominate the content.

It's a site listing some technical resources created and maintained by other people. It may win a prize for being the one millionth such site, so good luck.

I was kinda overwelmed when I went to the site. There are two navigation bars with different buttons, one on the top and one on the side. And there's so many adds its hard to tell
What's your site and what is a add. It's not hard to figure out how to navigate the site, but since the site is made for people who need help with technology I'd say sinplicity is a must. Maybe instructions how to use the site would be a good addition for the truly helpless visiters.
