Good grid system, but lacks color. Basically just a lot of text and black and white... Get more images and liven it up with some design.

The site has great content but, is lacking in the graphics dept. IMHO, an eye-catching banner and some graphics sprinkled in and your there. Good job!

I'm usually a fan of clean design but this is too much. Try to wrap your contents with something.

I would move the top links below the header, besides that it looks good. It's going to be tough to rank in that niche but at least it's pretty.

I thought a little more color would make it more attractive. I like the site, content and bookmarked it to try your contact form.

The design lacks boldness and self-contained structure. A little too much white that just drifts off into more white. Think about putting the whole thing into a frame structure. Look at: http://www.templatemonster.com/ for example. Make the top nav banner bigger and give the footer a different background color.
