I've made some dramatic changes in the past couple months. How does it look now?

The site looks nice. I think you just need to push hard to make it known by more people. It's always the hardest issue webmaster faces. I would suggest you to make some vote topic for specific forum/websites. For example, "how do you think freelancer will help you on your website design", I believe the forum will like it if you can bring them more comments/suggestions

I found so many bugs on your social bookmark site. I think you need to focus or design your site more attractive.

The first thing that came to my mind when I opened up the page was "Holy Crap!". I was overwhelmed with everything on that site, and didn't know what the main idea of the site was. The idea is good, and the design is pretty good. I like the simplicity of the design, but I think that you should space out the "posts" a little more to give it some whitespace.
Also, I'm not the biggest fan of the colours you used, but that is just preference.
