Nothing wrong with the template. Looks like a pro template package. Now you need to do some keyword targeting (you show up in a search for "content development pros" but are buried way down when searching for "content development" as you are competing with over 330 000 000 other results.

Try Wordtracker, NicheBot or Adwords Keyword Tool to try and target something less competitive.

Very nice clean and fast BUT talking about seo I have to say that you have the word content to many times in the key words after too many times the spiders start ignoring it .

but other then that Great Job
