My new ECommerce website http://thelaptopbattery.ca has been lunched.

I know it is very important that the visitor can easy and quickly find his/her laptop model in the website. If you have a notebook, please try to find your need in the "search" or "laptop finder" box. Let me know if you can find ur laptop easy. if not, please input your term here when you had used in search box. I'll try to improve my search function.

Any suggestions at all would be appreciated.

The website logo has much to be desired. I think in general, above the fold needs much more impact. It looks like you couldn't decide between a 90's style and a more modern web 2.0 style as elements of both are utilized. I'm also not a fan of your use of colors. Too many...Blue, orange, red, green, yellow...Select a color scheme and stick to it!

Product display is clean and organized, but I don't understand why I have to click an extra time before I can purchase (Apple > Battery Choice > Details). You should try and make things as easy for a visitor as possible, less clicks the better.

LOVE the flippy corner. I always liked those things but never had a legitimate use for one myself.

A few quick, and hopefully helpful, notes. I agree with TripleMoon as far as the logo/branding is concerned. You might want to spruce that up. I would also get rid of the dog ear in the upper right hand corner.

Otherwise, I think the layout and design elements work - simple, clean with just enough color to grab my attention. Navigation is straightforward and easy to use.

I find the pages a little slow to load considering how few graphic elements you have.

The "Select Model" drop down, both in the right hand "Battery Finder" and from top menu HP, Dell and Toshiba categories extends past the right hand of my screen preventing me from using the scroll bar...you may have to trim down your Model titles to keep that in check.

Also, your contact page should have physical address info (phone, address, fax) or at least a working contact form - simply providing an email address does not instill buyer confidence.

Finally, you may want to have someone read your copy...you have text alignment issues on the "Shipping" page, your "Payment" page text needs to be reworked (referring to "the buyer" is not good), and the punctuation and spacing of your text on your HP/DELL/Toshiba pages is pretty poor.

You will also want to look into some form of SSL to instill buyer confidence.

Otherwise, I think, as I said before, that the site is clean, easy to navigate and should do well for conversions.

Some of your java scripts are being loaded more than once, That could lead to errors in older browsers (or not so old IE browsers), and it does add some time to your page loading.

The logo doesn't lead to home page... I know you have a link to home right under it, but that's one non-written rule everybody uses...

Due to the speed of loading, I believe you're not on a dedicated host. Hence, I would suggest you load your jquery scripts from Google.

You should also specify image sizes and optimize some of them. Some larger PNG images (without transparency) could be converted to much smaller JPG, and other PNG images without shading could be converted to GIF or lower quality PNG.

I haven't tested website options and pages since the rest commented that subject.

"you will find Our batteries are quite competitive in price" plus typos, spellijng and grammatical errors. Search interface is confusing - doesn't function if visitor isn't allowing javascript.
