Looks pretty good, good looking logo. Can change the footer to make it look better, body is ok, can improve. I am not too hot about the general idea as it is too broad and will be hard to compete against a ton of sites that already do that. I'd think you would have more success if you narrow it down to one niche, such as buy and sell links for example. Looks nice overall.
np. also, http://www.bothbuyandsell.com/New-Yo...uction_details images seem to be broken. You may want to show some activity as well. Nobody is going to register when they see only 2 items. Even if you put "fake" items with prices higher than new items in a store it would make it look better. Since its an auction site, look at ebay, they lead and you can learn a lot of how they put out their features, looks at usability and how they make it more convenient for users to see and bid on items. Open up 2 windows next to each other - yours and ebay and compare - where would you buy and why (putting aside the trust factor for now).
yes i know but first of all the site is so new and i want to take traffic for it to call users this is not a easy work and it is need time but i cant list fake items

I like the layout basically. My only suggestions would be to use colors that contrast better together, and to put the start times and end times together instead of separatley. That may get annoying when your site grows.

Try getting some interesting but low priced items from eBay and re-auctioning on your own site. If they sell, fine; if they don't, put them up again.

Just one question than? you would submit your website to a directory where you see all the categories with 0 entries! belive me! you can have thousands of visitors and no product listing!

There is no simultaneous auction on eBay - it's over and you've bought the product. Now you start your auction. You will need to invest some cash to get this off the ground - no items for sale = no site.
