Website Review and Suggestions

I started an "open blog", everyone can register and post. I give many features like ... adsense in posts, social icons for users , fast aproval on high optimised wordpress blog.
Another thing is that users can post excerpt from his blog/website and the link/baner with "read more on my website"
Some review/suggestions for design and features?

Awesome idea, I submitted my article. I don't like how it looks though, design should be drastically improved. The logo and the whole header is kind of ugly but I like how you use wordpress ot get free content.

Awesome idea. I agree with Tatrasim. The Logo and Header is not aesthetically pleasing.
