Its not that bad, but built on Cold Fusion... that's useless.

Since you did not design it, why do you ask for a review???

I am wanting to pass on your suggestions/critiques. My original design was changed by him and its just gone from bad to worse. I had it looking very similar to oasisinet.com - ok not original, but clean and simple - everything was uniform, and looked a lot more professional.

What can he do with this now? Any ideas to improve?

Its simple but looks like server the purpose. It is ugly, black and white, no color. Functionality is good, but design is too boring. Header is low quality and ugly.
