Very simple, but all comments welcome.

Looks nice, I like the scrolling feature. I don't like the static menu on the left though as it doesnt fit the text on small netbook/laptop screens. Advertising also takes a bit too much space at the top.

Very quirky. Much nicer than the poor website design directories which have gone before. With the right marketing you should be able to get some top links on your directory.

I like the right content slides but the left stays intact at all times, very nice.

Hi,
Hope the design color used are great if you improve in designing side such as icons, highlighting the header( starts with leads...) it will gives you a great look in terms of attraction also place the ads either in the middle or at last of the contents which gives you more income & don't irritate/hurts the client/browser's. These are my suggestions & don't mind if you dislike it.
