Website Review and Suggestions

Would be most pleased if the following website could be reveiwed and any comments (positive or negative) be left for consideration

Functionality seems to be there, script looks ok, but the look and usability is just horrible. Logo is too big and too unprofessional. Too many links on top right. I think it would be better to have organized menu.

The site seems a little odd to me. The icons for navigation don't seem right on my screen. The whole color scheme is kind odd, and the big white ad at the bottom was a little disturbing. I think maybe a drop down navigation would benefit this site.

Not really interesting social network. Like it was made in 2005.

the logo really needs some work.

the page structure is really messy too. You've not got much happening on the homepage, so why not simplify it? Facebook's index page, for example, is much more user friendly due to it's simplicity.

The navigation is also confusing, you've got the links at the top, then the navigation bar. Maybe consider combining the two, perhaps in a drop-down menu?
