Website Review and Suggestions

Hello Guys , I really like to receive suggestion to my site http://enivac.com and implement them to make it awesome . So i really need suggestion from tycoons . Any suggestions or complements is really appreciated.

It's awfully wide - I'm on a MacBook with a nice and high resolution (1280 x 800) and a fifth is still off the side of the screen.

The branding is quite weak, and the page is quite cluttered, it takes a while for your eyes to settle on something in particular.

I would consider softer colours for the content area, more white space and more spacing between sections.

oh thx for saying it , my monitor runs at 1400*900 and it seems to fit on me , but ill re-size it to make it fit for all resolutions .

i arranged all widths in 100 % so it fits to all resolution but still its the same . And the orange colour are featured items and when the site grows more orange items will become rare cause orange items costs money .

read the article I posted above. A 3 column fluid design can be tricky, much more complex than simply using percentages. It's considered the "holy grail" of webdesign:

Main problem i see with your site is that you should make it completely free to post until you get atleast 1000 active members then little by little add small fees here and there remember do be greedy or you will be like ebay probally down 50% of what it use to be. also remove the ads you will make your money on listings when the time comes and the ads just make it look like a scam to me

I for one if it was 100% free and wasnt any ads and such would join and when the time came to pay for listings i wouldnt mind but as for now your not going to make me much money so i dont want to pay

its free only , there is a special coupon even on the main site . it gives u 100% discount.

The resolution is okay now, but a lot of default icons is a bad thing. You see, it makes your website look like something strange and even empty.

Some implemetation issues. For example, I don't allow javascript until I trust a site so if I click on make an offer I get a blank page as you're trying to use javascript to change location.href - do a header call in the php instead.

I like the layout and colors. It just seems a little bit too busy - maybe try and simplify things a bit more.
