Website Review and Suggestions

I just started a new how to article, how to videos, site, its an article directory on how to, please review it and give your suggestion.
Please suggest me any good template, currently i am using article directory theme.

Its really quite plain.

I would recommend spicing it up a bit - even with some solid colored icons like the ones from iconsweets.

thanks for suggestions and reviews guys, i am also looking for good theme for this, i am now working on its to make this more and more better.
