In your navigation, there is no active state. You need an active state to show what page your on. How would I know what page I'm on? You can't help your visitors remember what page their on?
Another thing is the orange border that seems to be a decoration to the navigation. Remove the orange border... or at least make it the same color as the navigation's buttons. I'm saying this because warm colors are more appealing than warm colors in web designs. You don't want to use the wrong colors! Another thing is the contrast with colors, so you also don't want to use the wrong color that'll make the other color(s) faded.
Remove those adsense, you only need one, and that one should be next to or around the link(s) that your visitors click the most.
Also you DON'T need those images there that are asking your visitors to sign up - unless those images are links? I, personally, would replace all of those with text instead. This website is a business website, and you're trying to persuade your visitors. You're not trying to give them something to be interested in. This is why you'll only want the tables below your images to be shown first instead. THEN, you'll want to convert your visitors into sales and repeat-sales. Get it?
I might be young, but I know a LOT about businesses online. I read a lot to not know this stuff.
