Website Review and Suggestions

Hello guys,
I have a medical blog and I want some opinions and adivices about design, optimization and promotion

I know that is the second time when my site appear here but, unfortunately first time I broke one of the rules. Sorry for that

Your logo looks too general, this graphic is not specified for your website. I will suggest nothing but change it entirely.
Then menu - try to re-arrange it & put in 1 line - it'll look more professional.
I'd move the tag cloud to the right column & decreased it a bit. I assume you're writing posts for your blog so you can control tags, try to use general words without too much specification - the cloud will be neater.
+ I would use a bit softer color for the resent blog entry - it's too bright. Try to fade/shade it a bit.

The text is too close to the skyscraper ad...try to use a bit of a margin.
