When I click the link I notice that the servcer can't load your pages. Visit your website and you will see this message:

I think the logo looks a bit strange, I would clean it up and make it more crisp. I would also recommend some more color than the harsh black/white gradients but that is just my personal opinion

There is one issue with the upper left weather box, the change city font color should not use yellow, it's too bright to see.
Also I think you can put sign form on top or make it show/hide, the space can be better used.

I think when you put your menu like :"top rated stories","most viewed stories","most talked about stories","newest stories". that was wrong.

You must not put it block or vertical but
you can put it inline or horizontal so it look more interest

The picture in the weather part is not showing, it shows a red cross.
On the home pages I find that it shows too little in the middle part.

I think you should even out both sides, there's alot of empty white space on the left-hand side
