Website Review and Suggestions

Hi all!

I just created a portfolio website for myself. It's sort of javascript heavy. The site is very simple, there's a splash page and 3 content pages. Please click around and let me know what you think! I'd love to hear from you! Any suggestions, critiques, and advices are great help for me! Thank you!

pretty cool, really nice to use, certainly a more interesting way of displaying your portfolio.

I love how it's organised as a timeline too - that really makes sense and shows the progression of your work nicely.

I love the simplicity of the home page too, tho the navigation in that is kinda hard to read with the letter spacing so low. But that's the only complaint, it's a really cool site!

Interesting site.

- The links on the home page need to be much bigger. Believe it or not, but a lot of users will visit your homepage and have trouble finding where they need to click to get to your content.

- The About page will be hard to read for many people. You need more contrast here.

- The website portfolio is really cool!

Thank you for your comments and suggestions. Yes, I will definitely need more contrast in the about page, and some how have to make the front links more obvious.

Very very nice, something different, very creative! A lot of thought and hard work went into those pages, enjoyed looking at the photographs!

Hey I checked out your site and I like it. I think someone mentioned it above as well but I felt it was kinda hard to read your about page, maybe lighten up the content a little bit? The layout is amazing though I like the nerdiness/non-nerdiness lol!

The idea is pretty cool, but I dislike these so called "heavy javascript websites" , lol.

If it was an information-base website, then I wouldn't use it as a resource for my research,

( navigation around the pages will be very, very irritating )

WOW! LOVE the javascript work. That was fun. The Call to Actions I think could be a bit more prevelant. A nice crisp artistic font would be really cool.

Also when it comes to contact...I don't know how busy you are...but having Phone and e-mail tends to make customers more apt to reach out as opposed to a form. Generally I call when i see something I'm interested in....like I was just now. But I'm submitting in the form anyway!

it's pretty and interactive. It wasn't boring.
I like your portfolio, it's fun.

The railroads and the doc pics are my faves !

@Thomas,

liked your portfolio, but as said by everyone i too found a little bit difficulty on your home page with that text links, nicely built with Javascript.

I liked the About us page with those Random Facts and moreover the Favorite Common Food. Good Work!!
