The theme looks nice for what you're trying to promote. But, you should remove the white space from this screen shot :

thanks, and im working on optimizing all the images to make the file size as low as possible, ive already reduced the website load time by about 700%.

please could you all tell me how long it took the site to load.

Hi, nice site! Do you What you accidentally make it color full? And I think the "support us, who we are, and contact us" section is better if you make it align left, it will look neat

Looks Great and meaningful design for your domain name, especially the footer. I like that video say "Dream", "Imagination" and so on.
As above said, i too want you to remove the white spaces in footer.
No negative points other than that from me.

hi, thanks for the feedback. i don't understand what you mean by "Do you What you accidentally make it color full?" and noted your point about the alignment of the text in the footer. ill take a look what it looks like left aligned. thanks a lot

I really like the "go!" style of the site but I would have to agree that the header is kind of eye straining.

Please take this constructively.
I'm not sure how much design freedom you had in this
but I think it needs a lot of improvement.

- You need a favicon
- You need better SEO on your title tags
- You need a call to action
- You need some kind of a slogan or tag line in the header (think of
it as your elevator pitch for what the organization actually does)

- Lose the first YouTube Video. It's meaningless. It's just a
bunch of words that dont actually communicate anything useful
AND takes up a bunch of valuable screen real estate above the fold.

- Lose the second YouTube Video. I find it quite creepy.
AND some of the narration is alienating "...sustainable outcomes that
create better life chances to become adult citizens who positively participate in their communities..."
Do people actually ever talk like that?

- Lose the Facebook iframe or at least minimize it. Sticking iframes in your site always looks
like a lazy design option.

- Check your text/background contrast on the side menu in roll over mode. I can't read the text sometimes.

thanks a lot for the feedback. your right it needs a favicon and ive not done any seo work on the site yet, that's the next job.

the first video contains the keywords related to the company and the second an intro about the company. both of which i have no choice to remove the directors love them and wanted them to be on the homepage. im going to speak to the director to see if the script of the intro video can be made more user friendly.

the facebook plugin is a usefull tool to not a lazy option in my opinion.

rather than youth it looks like it's aimed at 3-7 year olds with the primary colours and gel buttons

a sky blue would like nicer at the top..

basically i think the whole site should follow the simplicity and colour scheme of the footer and would start again

lots of code errors including missing alt attributes

i would aim for plain english rather than some of that think-out-the-box business speak
