The design looks really simple and nice.

The only improvement that I'd make to it was to move the footer copyright text from centered to left,

Yes, Your site is totally look so good but i think you need to change color of your navigation bar from blue to any other colors.

- Loose the animated GIFs. Unless you prefer to party like it's still 1999
- Get a favicon.
- Too much information on the home page. Try cutting it by half and using a slightly larger font. You can add links to other pages if you want to give the full spiel.
