Overall looks pretty good.

You need to include a favicon.
It's attention to little details like that which make all the difference in being
perceived as a professional or amateur site.

I don't really like the logo. It seems a be generic.
Spend a few bucks on a professional logo designer
to do a proper job on one.

There is something wrong with the font in your top menu.
Try making it Bold and a larger font size. It seems a bit "lost" in
the background color.

Header is not so great or perfectly aligned with logo and other stuffs. The layout design is good to start with.

its a website selling your seo services but the site itself is not fully search engine optimised. for instance in the header where it says

are all keywords that could have been picked up by search engines but instead you decided to make them into an image. therefore SE's cannot find them

Totally agree with flexdesigns. Need to optimize your pages. Some big companies that might be looking at your site will throw some optimization issues at you that applies to your site as well.

i totally agree!also place a favicon because all sites have now and looks a little amateur if you have not.One final thought would be to review your alignments inside the page.

I would make sure your website is completed free from coding errors and warnings if you can. I used a W3C validator on your website and it gave me some errors back. Anyone who is looking for a service that knows something about SEO already might be turned off by this if they are willing and able to look into it.

Well ... I don't see something impessious ... I would suggest to center all page!
Navigation is also missed I would make it!
And the last thing I don't understand the long list inthe bottom of the page! )))
