Thanks. Yeah, I originally tried the WP Ecommerce plugin but I found it to be lacking in terms of SEO. I came across JigoShop while viewing the code of a Wordpress site and I've found it to be very good:
- They are updating it constantly and have a very active community
- It seemed like the better option in terms of SEO (friendlier URLs was the big one)
- The developers are making money from it (addons & support) which I like as it means they are fully committed and will be rewarded for their efforts.
That's correct. That's all added manually from the admin panel.

Thank you. I agree that the background could possibly be tweaked but at the same time the simplicity ensures the user is focused on the content which is a bonus.
That's correct, I'm working with a close friend on this, both being equal partners. We both worked on the design on Skype, I did the development and my partner added the products.
