definitely get rid of the background. It's very 90's and on 1960x1200 it starts to repeat and starts to look even 80's

Use some simple texture

Move that video in the center and make a custom play button (like dropbox.com)

You might want you use a jQuery plugin to stretch it to fit or make it no-repeat trough css and set the background-color to something blue

The design looks good, clean and easy to navigate.

The only thing I don't like is the background image. It seems too colorful.

The background is now over 3000px wide so there should be no repeating on any screens thanks for all the help everyone!

I really like the idea of the website, since social media is such a huge factor to SEO. The website looks professional, color kind of gives a warm feeling, and its easy to see what the website is about.
