Website Review and Suggestions

As ourselves being a small team of uploaders, we've trying several image hosts and then using several image hosts scripts, but no website have fully offered us the perfect image hosting ervice.

So, we hired a programmer, and we've build a website, we call it, the ultimate image hosting website : PixTerra.com

But now, when we believe our work is 90% done, we'd like to ask other people to review our website. Test the design, the website functionality and the upload options.

We didn't do almost nothing is SEO direction, so any help there is more than welcome.

This looks and sounds a bit amateurish. Find a native speaker with good content writing skills to redraft this.
Also, why is this a plain font single line tucked away in the corner of the page? If this is your Unique Value Proposition it needs to be more prominent.

What's the difference between this and something like Flickr or iStockPhoto?
That should be made clear to your visitors as well.

The logo looks a bit cheap.
You should invest in something more original and professional looking.

yes, the header text was written in a few minutes, and left as it is now. I am planning to include something more proffesional, maybe a banner or something.

it's not the point to compare this website with Flickr or iStockPhoto .. it's a very long distance... but I want to be over 90% of the free image hosting websites out there.

The point here is what is the "purpose" of this site that differentiates it from every other similar site?
