Nice look and feel. Simple to find testimonials. Someone already mentioned the logo andf I agree--it could be improved considerably unless you have strong branding with it already.
Also, your company description cleverly packed everything you wanted to say in one fat sentence. But it isn't SIMPLE. How about:
"We provide Dedicated Development Teams to clients worldwide, delivering full-cycle IT solutions."
