Website Review and Suggestions

I humbly ask for your feedback regarding the website/webapplication I just finished: http://www.BlackBoxForms.com .The idea is to use simple point-and-click interface to visually design your own HTML forms online. Once the form is done, you can start gathering its data (the built-in database accommodates any form). I specifically would like to know if you find the system helpful in accomplishing the task of form building (you can use "Online Demo" to check it out or alternatively sign-up for a 30-day trial).

The only flaw i see is on your online demo. My computer with screen resolution of 800 x 600 displays part of the image is cut of without scroll bars.

I'll give your site a 5.5 Fair - improvements needed but not too bad.

I like site design and site concept too. IMO, you need good logo and banner to make site more attractive. You should check for proper alignment of navigation buttons and frames. However, it looks professional. All the best!

I like the colors they all match in one way or another. The content is reasonable! But other than that ill give you an A+
