Nice site. I like the windows but you need to pace a spacer image in there somewhere as when you resize the browser window right down the graphics at the top of the middle window jump up and dont look right.
Only other thing id say is the top banner could be a little more interesting ie put some designs in the blank grey bit.
Other than that its a top site. Easy to navigate and looks good. Well done!
