Website Review and Suggestions

Hi there.

Just a few days agoo, this site went online.
As you can see I want to keep it simple and easy for my visitors to use, beacouse the theme around this site is the headbutt zidane did on the italian player materazzi.

Ive also added more related links, videos, pictures on the site to keep my visitors for longer...

Anyways, I would like to hear your thoughts and suggestions around the site. All comments are appriciated

Your site is simple, but maybe too simple. I think you should add a navigation bar where one of the google ads are. I also thing you should do that on all of your pages instead of making the user go back to the homepage (this could cause confusion).

That is a good idea, Im actually working on something simular now

There is nothing I like more then quirky simple sites but I think it might just be a bit to simple. I also agree that you should add a navigation bar.

You could also put something like a shoutbox somewhere on the site so visitors can post there comments (as I am sure everyone has a different opinion on the issue).

Looks simple... really simple... adsense is in the wrong place though... put it on a bottom. I would recommend make the movie screen smaller for better quality. Make some logo or at least increase the font size of the title.Other than that, I like the colors. the design is simple, but looks pretty nice.

UPDATE!!!

Made a navigation bar, changed some of the ads on different pages.. feel free to comment that aswell

@Jdavey: a Shoutbox or a simular thing are comming, allready got that under work

@tatrasim:
Simple is the key to this site...but with more features added it would probably look abit stylish. Also Im very pleased with where the adsens are placed... on both sides of the videoclip, makes it look like a telly with a stereo! Im getting a good CTR - So I doubt I will change that...
BUT Ive changed some of the ads on various pages ( like about,more videos etc )

I agree with you that the title font needs to be increased!

Placing the ads next to the game can cause people to accidentally click them like I did... good thinking

Well, now it is on both sides... when I first looked it was just on the left. Looks better as the video is in the center now.

Absolutely great Adsense placement. I checked your website and I landed on the game page lol. I accidentally clicked on your Adsense while headbutting Matterazzi.

Keep the site like it is... The ad placement is great and its as simple as such a website needs to be.

@tatrasim: I think there is a little problem with the ads really, most of the people I talk to say that they are placed on both sides, but some say that they only see it on the left and suddenly they can see it on the right aswell... need to fix that.

@save a family: Im very pleased to hear that you like the adsens placement

, I did have in mind that maybe people would accidentally click the ads while playing the game, hope people dont get to angry with it thoo

sure helps me paying the host + other stuff

- Your last 2 <meta> tags are screwed up.
- Why bother with CSS, you're not using it ?
- Too many <br>s -- that's what CSS is for, to space out your content
- Empty target attributes ie. target="" - invalid and it's deprecated, shouldn't even be in an XHTML page.
- <center> is also deprecated, again, this is what CSS is for
- You're using the <embed> for the Flash movie. This will cause IE problems if people have updated their patches. You should use another method such as this one: http://blog.deconcept.com/flashobject/

Very funny, I like it.
You have PSAs showing - if you want to monetise the site as much as possible you display other advertisments instead of those PSAs.

Actually I'm not htat sure its allowed. I "clicked" the ads without really wanting to, and I guess other have done that as well. You should send an e-mail to google (and let us know the answer)
