I think that overall your site looks good, but maybe just a little too much green. I understand the concept of why you have so much green, but atleast the members names should be a different color. Possobly blue as in your FAQ's page. When I clicked on you "Usergoups" button it didn't work; I kept getting an error page. This may be temporary.

Green looks ok, it is kinda too much of it, but works. I would change those green circles by the threads to some kindof leaves or something.. Would look neeter. Alsom I would recommend to use different shades of green, so it would be easier to look at the site.
