Website Review and Suggestions

I had this site set up about a week ago and it is starting to generate some traffic, but the CTR (click-through rate) is not very good. I'd like to know if anyone has any ideas abut how to make it look better to possibly increase the CTR or if it's good the way it is. Thank You

First of all the ads the very bottom don't work well... make them visible. Second, your design is too simple. Third, I would recommend to make an attractive logo.

You have a lot of informations on it, you should resize it.. put the menu and the banners to the left, and informations to the right.
