Website Review and Suggestions

I have just started a new image bank site. Offers lotsa picture for free....the normal kinda image bank thing. But no usage restrictions at all on this one.

Perfectus Graphicus - Free Photographic Images

I know some of the gallery pages are going to take a monumental time to load on dial-up, but the few people I asked seemed to all agree with me that it is better to have all images in a category on one single page if possible, rather than having to flip through pages and pages with only 6 or 8 on each page. Is this seriously a problem for load speeds? Seems bearable on mine.

I went for simplicity in the design of the site too. Less is more kinda thing.

A search system will be added, but first I need to code the 20,000+ photos, so it wont be this week!

Every page loads fast. but I have dsl.
I like your site... looks simple but clean. No critisism here, just suggestions which mostly are a matter of my personal taste:
make a border around the rotating pictures on index so it would look same as the border around a table on the left with firefox and adsense ads.
Also, I think adsense adds colors mess up the look of your page. If you want them to standout but mess up the look, its ok, but I would rather make the background white and same border as the other borders of the page. font color looks ok.
And when I view images I would still prefer to have them not more then 20 on one page... just too many images, plus, as you said, slows down loading time for dial up users. Especially if there will be 20,000+ photos.

I have changed the background colour of the adsense ad...good call! Much better. Also put the slideshow inside a matching border. Keeps it neat and tidy.

If you use c# to design the code all you have to do is point the site to the folder where the images are and then it will automaticlly put a place holder for each of the images on the page for you :P

Nice site!

I think that your logo and advertising at the top of the page is a little in-your-face and takes up too much space on the page but that's my only gripe! ...oh just notices that you don't tell the user where they are - it might be helpful if you have a title for each genre at the top of the page - at present the only inkling to where you are is in the address bar of the browser.

Would you mind if I linked some of your pictures on my site? Take a look at my link below and I think you'll find that it would be good for both of us - your URL would be present for each picture linked which would be great advertising for you... and I need the content

I liked all pages except home page. You can design your home page better.
