Really nice, any negative points would be purely nit-picking. e.g. the "featured property" box and the "quick search" box are not in line with the property search box on the left.

OVerall the website looks brilliant. I notice you advertise on google, and there is an ad on the top of the page for another spanish property website - I dont know how you make your money on the website but make sure that the $0.20 or whatever from that add is more valuable than the visitor browsing your website.

quite nice

only one single suggestion: do something about the ads on the left, on most pages you have a LOT of empty space because of their height.

Looks great!

I would try to make the 3 banners on the left side perhaps horizontal instead of vertical. There's alot of white space at the bottom of the screen due to the banners.

And perhaps move that Google ad somewhere else - I wouldn't have it as part of your banner logo! Maybe move it near the bottom of your left column.

Otherwise, I think it looks very professional!

Nice layout and impressive logo.

The dark green color is blatant on the page. May be you should consider color combinatinos and use lighter colors too. That will be pleasant to the eye and can distinguish focus areas.

Thanks for all the feedback, keep it coming!

A few people have mentioned the side banners, is the menu expanded or contracted when you first visit the site? The menu should be contracted and in this state the banners should be more or less level with the bottom of the main content. I would be very interested to know this.

I placed the Google ad at the top to basically fill the space. I'm sure it will be removed for when the site goes live.

What do you suggest? I wanted to use green because the main website (The Olive Press - Home) also uses different shades of green. I hoped that the adverts and property photos would add more colour but obviously this isn't working.

Though The Olive Press - Home is primarily green, it has a combination of colours - atleast 3 or 4 shades of green. This removes the monotony and makes identifying the links easier by creating a mental map - which is what easy-navigation is about.

Yes, I mean this. I think drhfinegifts thought so too.

I think you need to tone down the bright green a bit to be more cohesive with the main site. Vary the tone and saturation to add contrast.

You've got unclosed and empty tags all over the place -- bad for XHTML. EVERY tag should be closed.

You've got invalidly nested forms.

Your scripts should be inside [CDATA] tags so the validator doesn't choke.

And speaking of the validator, it spits out 134 errors.

Last, but by no means least, it's a mess of ugly nested tables.

Very nice.

Only suggestion would be to fill up some of that space on the bottom of the page.

Excellent! Top class website.

I love the green and also the logo is very impressive. The menu system is very professional looking and easy to use.

How do you do the Googlemaps and also that expanding/contracting menu? flash?

I can't fault the site in any way, perfect.

10/10

I like it. I liked the colors. It's easy to read and to find your way around. The only thing I didn't like was the animated banners, but I never like them. Good job.

This is a really nice site. Only a couple of suggestions. Too much green and the way it's all centered on the page, with too much white space. Otherwise it's very good.
