I would like people to review my site as this is my first website that i have created please be as truthful as possible, and please tell me in which i need to improve on

Logo may be better.

You should not use "marquee".

You should not use tables! You are learning coding nowadays. So start with Css and Xhtml not with HTML and tables. (And in fact i recommend you to use only notepad.)

It is a good start for a web designer.

But if you listen my advice, it will be very easy to build sites for you.

1. The scrolling text is very distracting when I am reading content on your page. I don't think it's a value ad unless you have some 'breaking news', which you want users to first look at.

2. The double header (One with the logo and another below that, which says: "The most easiest.....") does not give an impressive look. Moreover, it's a premium area where you would want to put in some interesting content.

"Most Eaziest" ??
First, it's spelled "e-a-S-iest" .. no "z" in the word.
Second 'most easiest' is just bad grammar.

If English is not your native language, find someone who can help you correct the spelling and grammar. What you've got there is horrendously bad. Not a good thing for a web site.

Forget the animation in the header... it's distracting and sooooo old and tired.

Your style block belongs INSIDE THE <HEAD> section, not where you have it.

Forget the tables, as already mentioned.

I think the general content is good - however the main design may need a bit of work. But its a good start!

there is a lot of blank space at the bottom of the main content area
rather than vertical google ads, make them to horizontal.
or else add some content.
almost half of the 800x600 screen is covered by the top banner. better to reduce it.
