Great for a beginner....but here goes....
Site #1: Nice and clean but boring to the eye. STAY AWAY from pixelated images, they do NOTHING for you. When I clicked on some of your thumbnails I was greeted with a nice pixelated image. Try and maybe mix some of that text up with a different font or color or something, even a different font size. It just needs some flavor.
Site #2: I'm sorry, but this site just reminded me of all the "get rich quick" sites. If you are going to use a template use one that is different, fun, interesting, and something that might even challenge you as the webmaster. We all use templates but it's the templates we use that makes the difference. Make it your own, change it up so no one can tell it's a template.
Site #3: This site is by far your best in my opinion. It's typical of a T-shirt line, but it's also a proven style that works for T-shirt companies. I would perhaps focus on filling the gray areas with links, navigation menus, images, info or something. How about some specials or featured items?
Well do not get discouraged, we all had to start somewhere, just stick with it and constantly push yourself to try new things, otherwise you will just master old technology.
Peace.....
