the site looks well designed and attractive.
the adsense ads are placed well.
make these links more prominent

Adsence is placed well but i think the logo seems a bit "tacky" or "cheap" maybe you should aim for a totally unique look more modern and sylish

You really shouldn't have google ad's in between your dated enties. ( blog).
You may want to consider moving them to the left column under the paypal ad.

Spend time designing a good logo. Make it also work on a 16x16 gif for your favicon.ico logo

There's not much to the design to judge. The only thing I can judge is the top banner, which too me seems slighly pixely. I'd change the font for nation. Maybe something a bit more simple. Calibri maybe if you have it. I'd overall redesign the top banner..

Hmm, as I know putting AdSense to a domain which includes adsense word in it is against the TOS.
