Description : Money making discussion forum, created since July 2005.

Modification done :
1) Unique layout and side bar included for ads placement.
2) Side menu created specially for premium link exchange.
3) Cash mod enabled. User can earn 1 redemption credit per post and 2 redemption credits per topic. Users can redeem for cash or use the available credits to purchase item from system/other members. Anyway, forum bank disable due to security reason.
4) 5 level referral rating system enabled. Users can have their own ref link to promote hoprofit.com and they can earn 10 redemption credits per referral and 1 redemption credits per referral's post.
5) Games mod enabled. Users can play game online. 54 games added.

I am seeking for advise and comments regarding my existing forum. Any constructive comments or suggestions. Thanks in advance for your time.

site is load very slowly!

Notes:
Layout is just messy; sidebar doesnt function properly in firefox and is annoying in IE, no logo & far too many ads. I would not join this site if I was intrested in money

plan a good layout for the top portion of the page
the webpage is long
and it is too big for 800x600 screen
loading slowly
so scrolling horizontally is a big inconvenience
