Website Review and Suggestions

I know my site is very very basic but would appreciate coments on the concept of what i am doing and not really the design, more info below.

Hello my name is Richard and i run a businss called your-new-business we sell ready made Lingerie businesses mainly to the UK but also to America Canada and Australia.
Last year i was selling over 10 sites a day on ebay but got annoyed with there fees, does anybody here know of anywhere good to sell websites ?. The thing is is it is not a good idea for me to spend much on the advertising as i sell the sites for cheap anyway and mainly make my income from the hosting fee. I have many happy customers who are now working from home, 90percent of the sites i sell make the owner no money as they do not put any effort into marketing, the other 10percent make a good living especially the top 5percent. If anybody here knows where i can sell it would be much apprecieated as marketing is not my strong point, also if anybody out there wishes to sell sites for me i will give you 100percent of the sale price as like i previously mentioned my income is from the monthly hosting fee. i think the site needs good layout.
at least a good background color or image may also be helpful
the webpage is too long and need a lot of scrolling
make the site load fast on dial up.

Site has good 1-2-3 progression, answers most questions; not heavy-handed pitch which is good. Looks fine for its purpose, clean layout. Didn't find any bugs; loads rather slow on my dial-up. What you wrote in review-site-request: seems pitched at us; sort of implies you don't care about review or opinion, but using request as a way to sell --to people on this Forum? First page has typos; paste page into a grammar-spell-checker before publishing.
