Ok, loading fine now. I'd have to say I agree with the previous poster's comment about Phil, a tad expensive.
Site looks nice...could use a better content layout though. Looks rather squished together and busy in general. Kind of confusing too, as I immediately wondered what the site's actual point was. Is it just for the caricatures? Is this a general fish resource? Does this give news about UK fishing?
You mixed your topics pretty well, and I can't say that's a good thing at this point. I'd separate your caricature site and the general fishing, it'd make the goals of the sites more apparently clear and more user-friendly.
