I think for the web hosting business, the design is nice and sufficient. The key is to provide the information that the potential customer (webmasters) want on your page in a easy fashion. I see you have it all.
Just to be a bit picky, I would move the "Live Help" button up just to stress it a little bit more, maybe even add a phone number. We all know webmasters consider support as a major factor while making decisions.
