First of all, I am not really fan of a "black" background site.
Most of the "warez" and "porno" website use black background.
I see you are using the fonts Times New Roman. There are many web standard for out there that you can use. Times New Roman is too general. For instance, you can use Tahoma, Verdana, Arial and so on.

I am sorry. There are not much to tell about that layout.

I think the design can be better, Interesting idea you had having the two navs on each side.

I think you should have a nice welcome letter on the front page saying hi, and explaining what your site is about.

The only thing I would change is the green font, too hard to read. Apart from that 8/10

Sound over the links are bad, its a big no no these days. People dont like sound on websites. It slows them down and scares away users.

Also the links are to hard to read, either change the font or make it a different color.

I wuz removing the sounds anyway, they don't work with alot of other events. I'm also going to add tooltips to all the picture links and maybe even go to all or mostly text. I seem to be having a text problem too, because when I set up a font and size, say ariel size 3, it ends up looking like ariel bold size 5.

There is nothing in the coding of my site calling for this font.
I'm thinking that the font that I'm using might be incompatible with some browsers... ariel(serif) and ariel bold. Maybe they are swithched to a default font set by their browser
Anyway, all help is welcomed!

I agree with kisore, the black background does not suit the overall design of the website.

Additionaly I would reconsider the red outlining used in your links and on the scrolling text.

Lastly, the actual content of your site is very concentrated leaving alot of blank space leading to a horrible green counter (this is very unprofessional - if you are hell bent on keeping it then I would change the font color and face to something more pleasant).

If you want an example of a very clean, light website then visit the one that I did for a local broadband campaign, the address is www.bb4cb.co.uk.

A few changes and the site will have great potential...
