Not bad. I think that the green that was used is a nice color. It gets away from the normal whites and blacks that most sites use.

Very nice. But the yellow doesn't match the beautiful green bg. I like the mouse over effect. In featured Listing There is no need for box. make it same bg green when roll over. not over all green bg. Give a second thought to change yellow bg.

I disagree with the second half about the featured listings. People are paying to stand out, I think that the box is a good way of doing it.

Your directory looks good - is it based off of phplinkdirectory?

on second look - it doesn't look like it is based off of that, but I've been wrong.

The listings with screenshots is good and other content like blog, tools will spruce up the site.
What I didn't like was that I didn't see the name of the site prominently displayed either at top header or a logo. I had to look at url and the fine print to find out name of site. Instead I see a top banner of a university.
