The navigation menu in the opening page is confusing. The background is to much blue. The fonts are to thin. Only in the portfolio site you are using pictures. Other pages contain only text. The Flash coding looks clear and clean.
If you want Google results I would give the visitor the choice between Flash and HTML.
If you consider above remarks, it would look more fresh and professional.
Be aware, that this is , until now, one of the best sites I found here
