Website Review and Suggestions

Okay i added a few different things to my site and changed the look again am learning css at the moment so once i feel i have got to a point where i can make something i like it will change again but for now this is it ... please review and let me know what you think

Yours site is too dark try to use some light colors.

Simply Suberb. The Dark Background let the user see only the illustrations and it hightlighted the illustrations. Well done.

Hi,

I agree, it's a very well presented website which I think display's your illustrations in a good light. Design-wise it's pretty good and I can see no obvious flaws.

There is one thing that I might have changed personally. I think it would be nice to have a short welcome message which very briefly outlines what you do. I didn't immediately realise that it was a company rather than a personal site; I would suggest that this is made clearer on the home page. Don't get rid of that 'lockjaw' cartoon though! I thought that was excellent.

Its simple and easy. I would try and make your logo sharper though, your pages load so fast because of the simple design so you can affor a flashy/sharp logo so go for it!

I seen your old one and this one is better, good luck.

not bad at all. I really like the colors and buttons.

Looks good. I would try to make the images rounded to match the buttons. That's Just me though, it's definitly not needed.

Thanks for the feedback guys, and yes i will be doing a flash site but my comp is not so well so until i get a new comp to handle corel better i have to put up with it, as for the logos i don't like them either but i will be leaving it for now as it is, all the feedback has been great, very much appreciated

I love the lovely site...
But my grouse is why you do you have intro link into site from the central picture of the dog into the site.... few people got up to top header to click

I like the theme of your site. However, there's just too much black background. The icons you use for the menu items are great, however, and the illustration below the menu is cute. I would just add more to the layout to make it a little more interesting to look at. Otherwise, nicely done.

Thanks yes a friend of mine suggested i do two themes, and i agree the black is too much, lol a neverending project, i need to get a little more clued up on web design to get the website i really want. Thanks again for the feedback guys much appreciated

Too much black!! Find a colour scheme that incorporates the blue and possibly the black, try this site : http://www.colorschemer.com/online.html .

Otherwise like the simplicity of the design.

Nice and simple. My only complaints are the large amount of whitespace above the header and maybe it would be nicer if there was some kind of hover effect for the navigation menu. Otherwise, it is very nice.

You have very nice background colour and icons.Simple yet sophsticated but do work on your content. Looks rather sparse :-)
